Technician Great, Sears Aweful
The technician did a great job of replacing the bad part and ensured that the dishwasher was running properly - after a month of Sears messing up the parts order, losing the part, automatically rescheduling the appointment twice with two no-shows/no communication, and no way to contact a real person to get things right. I finally had to call the home warranty company and let them know that they were in breach of contract because their subcontractor (Sears) wasn't performing. It's been two weeks since the repair and the Sears system is still calling me 3 or 4 times a day to remind me of a no-show appointment. I will never use Sears in the future.

I've had several service calls for my poor dishwasher. Had a lightning strike and it was a victim. After finally, after two previous visits, got the correct part for repair, Ray determined that it just wasn't going to solve the problem. I am very disappointed, but he was so nice, professional, and as disappointed as I was! I was hopeful it could have been repaired, but no joy. I appreciate his time and patience.

We have 6 service calls on our Bosch dishwasher in the lazt month. Bit most of your techs found leaking water wiped it up and said it was fixed. And it lept shoong error E 15. He rry spent a lot time and disccovered the leak. He ordered the parts and fixed yesterday. He is the best.
