Bruce was great, he knew everything about my issue and resolved it with complete honesty and respect. We were so satisfied with the job. I keep telling everyone that if you ever need repairs that Sears Home Services is whom you should contact. Bruce was so knowledgeable and compassionate that you would be hard pressed to find anyone better. He was a true professional. You should be proud to have him on your team.
