Great Customer Service!
Nick was great! He quickly identified that he would be unable to support our request. He was told me not to worry and that he would take care of correcting the service request order. Nick also followed up with a text message to provide us with the contact information for the company who would be handling my request going forward.

This Samsung unit has been a tricky unit as it was worked on by 3 different technicians. The unit would work after each repair and would then stop heating again just a a few days later, parts were ordered but with the holidays the shipping was delayed. Finally got Victor whom after two more visits and more part was able to finally get the unit up working properly. Victor was friendly knowledgeable and proficient at his job. Fingers are crossed

Cordaryl had a very long day! He came to our home last and I'm sure he was very tired. He politely apologized for his delay (several calls before us) and kindly asked what our issue was. We told him, he asked where the unit was located and while waiting to be taken to the location, asked how our family was doing. He addressed the issue and told us what the problem was and that our heat is working well now. Cordaryl was personable and handled business. I appreciated that after the long wait.
