Hes very nice and trying to order parts for microwave. And We just found the s/n # etc.... sent robert a pic of whole tag with info to order parts for Amona refrigerator..He guided me through that..very nice and respectful man. We couldn't find serial # at first but he has it now..so he can request parts to fix refrigerator hopeully
