Good service once tech arrived.
Multiple reschedules with no explanation. No way to speak with a live person. These made this experience frustrating and I will not be using Sears Home Services in the future and I will be letting others know of my poor experience. Once tech did arrive, repair was made sufficiently.

Casey was an excellent technician, handled the repair and was prompt and efficient. HOWQEVER, SEARS, as a company lacks a lot in regards to customer service.....get rid of the AI and use actual people for customer care. Also, on multiple occasions I received information that I cancelled my appointments, and never once did. On my initial appointment, I received word 15 minutes AFTER the time frame that "due to staffing issues that my appointment would need to be rescheduled". SEARS has zero regard for individuals that need to work for their income, and then SEASR wants us to miss more work for an appointment that SEARS failed to keep.

Richard diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and installed it. Some confusion on schedule since the original repair date was dropped at the end of the day and a new date was given for 5 days later. However Richard intervened and repair was completed the next day. I don't like that I couldn't reach a live person after the missed appointment and AI system goes around in circles.
