Daniel the Service Tech was very professional and made sure to keep good communication with me when scheduling service calls. I do wish he would have elaborated on the condition of my 25 year old Refrigerator to the Home Warranty Co. and the fact that i have baby security straps on doors because they wont stay closed... Maybe a new Refrigerator would have been nice and i understand it was not his call. All in all the refrigerator is now working so I am thankful.
