My technician, Charles was very polite, respectful and very nice to work with. Charles is very knowledgeable and knew just how to diagnose my high efficiency washer, resulting in having to have the washer pump replaced. Charles then ordered the new pump part and it arrived at my home a few days later. Immediately, I received a text from Sears to schedule a technician to come and replace the pump, to complete the job. I was so happy that Charles returned as the technician to finish my work. Charles was just as pleasant as the first time, such a kind person. Charles came right in ready to work. Charles replaced the pump, re-calibrated the washing cycles and resolved the issue getting my High Efficiency washer working in tip top shape again! Thanks Charles, you are the best!
