Upon arrival Mr. Russell was very polite and was told about the issues with the dryer. He immediately went to work on it & identified the problem. He then went over and above by getting approval bc cost was a few dollars over the limit. So very thankful as we have been going to laundromat since Christmas and could NOT afford to purchase a new one. Thank You Mr. Russell.

Xavier called to advise he was 5 minutes away from my home @ 12:45PM for my window of 1:00PM-5:00PM, and he did so. When directed to my Amana washing machine, he determined that the issues it was having were somehow related to the drain pipe leading from the washing machine. Water was backing up in the drain pipe and overflowing onto the insulation in the wall...behind the interior drywall and the exterior wall of the house. He recommended I contact a leak detector company and have them review my problem...that he was not getting any error messages from the washing machine. After about 20 minutes, he also stated that I probably will need a plumber to resolve my issues. During the entire time he was here, Xavier was courteous, concerned, and demonstrated that he truly cared about my problem and wanted to help this 80yo woman. He explained how the water was causing the insulation to rot and causing structural damage to my drywall. His thoroughness and professionalism was impressive. The agents from the leak detection company agreed with his assessment of my problem. All in all I was pleased with Xavier & his job performance.
