Thank you Mr. Hung!! He did an excellent job! The area where he had to install the part was a small space. I am so thankful he was able to install the part. We have heat! 🤸🏾‍♀️ I really appreciate him.

The technician communicated to update us about his time of arrival. He also explained the services he performed thoroughly and checked the performance of our system. And because the gas company told us to report the smell of carbon monoxide coming from our unit, the technical also gave my husband an instrument to check inside. He was so kind... and also arrived at an excellent time. I think it's important to commend those who have given great service, so, I would say, this young man exceeded our expectations. Kudos 👏
