The technician had an issue locating the HVAC unit model. I informed the Technician that the last 3 services providers call for the AC issues had informed me that they were instructed to fill with Freon and not replace the parts causing the leakage which is unacceptable but it also happen with my washer which is still having the same problem. I have contacted my fraternity brother who is Maryland Attorney General for guidance. I have been ask to attempt to to Solve the issue with the insurance provider first, then document the communication which I have as a former Fesetal agent.
