Raymond is very patient. The work order had a mix up on his ticket , instead of saying I needed to call in and reset a service date. He waited while I called for a solution to the mixup. He explained to the service department and the issue was rectified. Raymond was very specific regarding the repair. He gave tips on how to keep dryer screen lint free and the things this specific service call covered. Raymond was very patient and explained to me how to continue caring for my dryer to get maximum performance. He had 100+ customer service skills.
