Tech. was great, Sears admin BAD.

Sears used to be a great Co. The appliance service administration is horrible. It is impossible to speak to a person to discuss issues. Supervisors are NOT available to resolve problems. I used to contract with them (never again). This time they were forced on me by "Choice Warranty" service. The Tech was great and did his job. I am beginning to believe that it is better to budget $$ each month for future repairs rather than sign up for these overrated warranty companies.

Anthony was the first service repairman to update me on his schedule and time to arrive at my home. (the prior two did not, then cancelled without contacting me claiming the repair parts did not arrive yet). Anthony inspected the stove and it needed further parts to order. Will return. He took on the additional dishwasher repair without a complaint. Then stated if it still leaks just call back and I'll do it the same day when the stove parts come in. Very professional, and thorough. The 3rd's a charm...
