Service and communication were excellent. My problem is a $300 charge for labor that took 20 minutes to repair. What a ripoff….

Joey was able to diagnose and give me the results of the situation easily and in a in a manner that I understood. I liked how he used every day words and told me how the problem occurred rather than using technical terms. He answered my questions with patients and explain the different options that I had. I did not feel pressure to purchase anything or to make a decision immediately.
