Nathan was great once he actually got to fix the fridge. I have not had good luck with Sears at all. Their techs are good but they miss appointments like crazy. I've had 6 appointments for 2 appliances and 3x they didn't show up and 1x they showed up hours late. (All without a call or email.) Today, Nathan went out of his way to be sure he was able to work on my fridge. Thanks to him, my fridge is hopefully fixed.
