Just sorry
Do not send jerry back to my home, I have paid for technician to come service my air conditioner and the only results I get is that I need to do the work myself because sears don't do it

Not a good day with Hanif today
He barely allowed us to explain, he didn't do anything empathetic to understand the situation, he unilaterally charged us without letting us know.

Frig. & Bosch Dryer work
Bad! The Bosh Drying not working and the light still not working in the Frig. (He had no bulb). He killed the circuit board in the Bosch Dryer. Don't ask me to rate this service!!

Useless
Water was leaking from my filter bypass. Matias determined it was from the housing. He told me the part was not available and Sears would not try to find it unless I bought a Warranty. I asked if he could at least cap off the water in to the refrigerator so that I could turn the cold water back on at the kitchen sink, where it was connected. He said no, there was nothing more he could do. After he left, I contacted Amana and the part needed was readily available. He did not seem to have much knowledge about refrigerator repair, and offered no solutions other than to buy a warranty or a new fridge.

Never showed up the first time!
This is worst service company ever. No phone contact is available with scheduling, or the technician, the 9hr window is completely unacceptable to any human being. The business model is terrible. Our original appointment forced us to wait almost 9.5 hours, then it auto rescheduled us for 3 days later, the ultimate slap in the face, shame on you! You won't last long doing this to people...
