He was very argumentative and came here looking for a reason to get out of putting the fan motor on the A/C. He was mad because the Choice Home Warranty company froze his pay until he finished fixing our A/C. He left us living in the heat for more than 2 months, with over 100 degree heat index! We are senior citizens and have health issues. He better be glad we didn't have to go to the hospital!

This company cancelled 3times via automated call, after I missed work each time, waiting from 8 am -5pm, appointments that they scheduled to repair my fridge

Floor was damaged
The repair was done okay but there is a gouge in the vinyl floor where the washer was pulled out to work on. We need it fixed or replaced.

Poor at best
Tech came out today to do repairs. Our initial complaint the burners do not heat evenly explained the top dont turn off complete on one burner. He did fix the door and the burner not going off. Burners still heat un evenly will most likely need replacing.

Flooded house
Part installed was faulty. Washer started, technician left. 2 hours later I come home to house flooded. I have called an NO response from Sears.

Dishwasher repair
Initially said a new drain hose was needed as machine was not draining ordered part and two weeks later installed after billed and service done said this might not solve issue. Why did he not say that before I spent 310.00. He said he did a "test" on the dishwasher. After he left , first time used still did not drain. He did not return my phone calls. This is the first time I've left a negative review for anything. I usually just let things slide. NOT THIS TIME

Dryer not heating.
Came and said the dryer was working OK and left. But the dryer was still not working until I cleaned out the dryer vent.

Made it worse!!
Set up an appointment to have our ice make fixed on our side by side, there was some type of water leak that kept causing large hunks of ice to be created. The tech came out and claimed a line was froze, "thawed it" with my hair dryer and left, and it has not made ice ever since then. Has taken forever to get the tech depot to have them come back out, I had to be told by my warranty company that they will be out on 9/14/23 which was the ORIGINAL service date! Meanwhile, we are spending money on bags of ice EVERYDAY! TOTAL DISSATISFIED!!!
