Washer repair
Terrible I have waited 3 weeks this washer to be fixed and the guy came today and now it is still doing EXACTLY what it was doing before. NOT HAPPY

If I could put no stars I would
Tech came out and put tape on a malfunctioning part told us that was all he could do and that we couldn't use a function of our appliance anymore.

Lied to insurance company & me
He lied to me and the insurance company stating that my dishwasher wasn't working because I failed to maintain it and that it had mold because of the same. The mold is from the fact that it took my insurance company over a month to find a technician to come out. I explained that to him. He told me he was going to recommend a replacement to the insurance company since the leak had caused so much corrosion underneath. He also submitted a claim to the insurance stating that had replaced parts but he didn't replace anything.

Today's Appointment
I didn't believe was even a Serious appt today, for 3 appt prior,all text messages ,emils,and voice-mails by Sears confirming appts NO ONE SHOWED,After waiting All Day,So Chice Warranty had someone else come to finish the work. Look At other Appts you scheduled and No ONE Showed. You can't call anyone at Sears to talk to either, Would like someone to call me. Very Unhappy

Appointment
I was not pleased after having set this up for the 3rd time, I also got 3 text messages telling me my appt was set for 8 to 12 . Then I get a call about 8:45 telling me they are behind in repairs, when they don't even start that early and can't come till after 1pm…told them I was not happy, but because I needed my fridge to be fixed, I changed my schedule to be home the whole day. They didn't show up till almost 3:30.. Someone needs to do a better job at scheduling.

Furnace maintenance
I observed no maintenance. He did a walk around and copied furnace identification numbers only. One star for being a nice guy

Dryer
He did not stay to see if dryer worked properly. When I called him back he was very rude and told me he closed out the ticket and it was not his problem the dryer didn't work. He went onto tell me that the power cord was freyed and needed to be replaced! He should have noticed this and ordered it! So now we are going on 1 month not having a dryer! Horrible tech!

Poor communication will lose you more business than mine!!!
I never met DANIEL I was not there. He serviced he dryer but it was the third time the call was dispatched. Only emails, no calls or texts for anything either ETA or confirming the call . Your communication is so poor that Daniel has no chance to giver service before he even arrives. I do not want you anymore. You are rating Daniel and he is not the problem.

What happened to customer service?
I have a spot that formed in my basement ceiling directly below the kitchen sink. I filed a claim with the home warranty service and they promptly scheduled the plumber. I have had good experiences with this particular company so even though they only service my area two days a week, I was willing to wait. The plumber showed and began trying to diagnose the problem. When it came to cycling the dishwasher, water was backing up from the garbage disposal back into the diswasher. He then passed the claim off to Sears Home Services. My appt was scheduled for later the same week with the technician scheduled to arrive between 8am and 12pm. My wife called me at work because it was 12:00 and she had not seen the technician, so I tracked through one of the email confirmations I had received. The tracking told me that we were 5 stops away and his ETA was 2:30pm. My wife decided to run to the store. The technician arrived about 30 minutes later, 12:30ish. My 19yr old daughter contacted my wife to say that he had arrived and she promptly turned around to come home. My daughter called my wife back 10mins later to say that the technician had left. He shined a light under the sink and under the dishwasher, determined that there were no leaks, then left. He did not pull the dishwasher, did not view the damage in the basement, did not bother to cycle the dishwasher and would not listen to explanation. Rather, he told HER to pull the dishwasher, put some paper towels down, run it and see if it leaks. Sorry dude, THAT'S YOUR JOB!! I had done all that prior to opening the claim. Hope the pay is good...
