The ice maker is still broken.
The tech George and a super nice guy and installed the part that was shipped, but did not fix the problem. The ice maker is still broken and does not produce ice at all. The surface rust from the faulty insulation was also not addressed or repaired.

The dishwasher is still not functioning properly.
The tech was a nice guy, but only changed the circuit board. The dishwasher is still not functioning properly. Specifically, the soap dispenser door is still broken and will not close.

Curt, dismissive, rude, unprofessional
Refused to fully eliminate "temperature issues" after noting that water inside dishwasher was "too low". Did not check heating element within dishwasher, and he only checked the temperature at the sink by my request to compare, and it was 20 degrees higher in the sink. He said this was because the pipe was longer. Told me my water heater was too low without waiting 2 seconds for me to check the temperature to confirm this diagnosis. He has no idea what temperature my water heater is at. Kept yelling "I'm not a plumber". I simply asked to be able to check the temperature on the water heater to make sure. He refused. My issue is not fully diagnosed and a follow-up is needed to fully rule out other issues.

Technician
I was not at all pleased. He didnt come in or take the time to see what noise it was making. Was in to much of a hurry and was rude to my mother who was there trying to explain the issue we are having.

Horrible
Dryer still not fixed lied about coming the next day after I signed up then kept pushing my service day back then showed up after I waited two more weeks to say the the part wr ordered ain't working we need to order something else Do not use these folks

I waited at the property for 30 minutes and the technician never called or texted me to let me know they were at the service address. Then lied and said that I declined the service and closed the service order. I never declined the service because I never talked to the technician. This was very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone use sear service it this is the way they do business.

After sharing my horrible experience with this service , I was asked to call the 800 number which I have done numerous time. You can't get a live operator if your life depended on it!

Would not recommend.
The gentleman showed up hours late, hardly spoke English & the first thing he did was cut power to the entire front of the house & DIDNT EVEN REALIZE HE DID IT. Didnt seem to know what he was talking about, just kept telling me to call the warranty company. Yet again, another nightmare appointment scheduled by Cinch.
