3rd time, not repaired
Was not fixed. Took 3 visits to determine not repairable. The AI Samantha calls were annoying as it continued to call 3 times on the same visit with the same message.

HELP
I'm not getting any satisfaction. I've had this warranty plan for years.And you would think I would get or be able to benefit from it. Three people have looked at my refrigerator. Though they say if the refrigerator cannot be fixed, it will be replaced. And i'm getting a run around.. I need to contact my attorney because I don't deserve this.I've been loyal and consistent with making sure my warranty plan would be up to par for when I have a problem.. And all I get is one.Excuse after the other.. I am a disgusted customer

Dryer still won't work right

This company is the worst
The guy is super nice but obviously he didn't read my bothers when he came about the issues I was still having .. I was not home but my husband was .. washer is still not fixed after 2 months of this crap and several canceled apts by the technician .. I will never use this company again

Not sure why they sent him.
The technician informed me that he didn't really service the brand of washer I have, and suggested that I just purchase a new machine. This was strange, considering I indicated the machine type when I scheduled the appointment. Very bad business practice. I will never use this service or recommend Sears to anyone.

FRAUD
Technician never showed up to the house (tenant was home waiting), and then closed the ticket and sent a bill! THIS IS FRAUD! I will be opening every investigation possible, filing a report with the Better Business Bureau, filing a report with my home warranty company and urging them to remove you from their partner list, contacting every Virginia state agency that deals with business licensing, oversight, and fraud, warning every single person I know to never use your services, and putting an alert out on social media. The house is still without heat, the tenant is freezing. This behavior cannot be tolerated!!

Did not show, again
Tech never showed up, this is more than 5 times he has not shown up and closed the ticket. Issue has been going on since may, would love a resolution. Tech replaced compressor in sept that instantly made the breaker trip. Have been trying to get anyone out for many months now.

Sears never came - bad customer service
I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional service and lack of communication regarding a washer repair for one of the units at our apartment complex. Sears assigned William Brown to this service, yet we have faced a series of unacceptable issues. Initially, Sears canceled our first appointment. After rescheduling for the next available date, we received a notification claiming a technician had visited. However, the photo provided as proof was of an empty field, not our property, and included no images of the apartment unit. We rescheduled again and received a time slot for the technician's arrival. Instead, the technician claimed they arrived over an hour early, then sent a notification claiming no one was home. During our most recent attempt, we received a notification at 12:24 PM stating the technician would arrive at 3:22 PM. At 1:00 PM, Sears sent an invoice with a forged signature on the service note, falsely indicating that the visit had been completed. Throughout this process, we have been unable to speak with a representative, and William Brown never attempted to contact us nor did he ever come to service the washer. This level of customer service is entirely unprofessional. I expected a prompt resolution to this matter from Sears. Regards,

I was unable to get any direct answers from Mr. Hung. The first time he came to my residence he told me something something different from his last visit. And the information he gave my warrant company has denied my claim. And my heat isn't going to get repaired.
