Refrigerator repair

The ice maker still does not work! He did not stay long enough to see if it was working. There was a switch that needed installed and he missed doing that and now I need to have another service person come and fix it again!

Technician was rude and this behavior was witnessed by a guest. Aggressive in his demeanor and walked away from customer while trying to speak to him to ask questions about the repair! So sad a little courteous goes a long way.

Dryer problem

I believe that Jose misdiagnosed the problem, or didn't completely diagnose the problem. He couldn't account for the occasional natural gas smell or the fact that the clothes weren't drying as fast as they used to, leading me to believe that there are more problems than just the timer.

It was not Charles' fault. The part he installed is defective. The dryer is still not working.

Major issue...

The technician did not introduce himself. He did give me an estimate to order the parts needed to fix the broken drawer. After paying the service fee, I stepped into the other room, leaving my phone wallet on the counter. When I was at the grocery about 2 hours later, I found that there were 2 cards missing from my wallet. He was the only one in the room alone with my wallet/phone. I have filed a police report since both cards had fraudulent charges attempted on them. Please identify the person you sent, as I can identify if I see a picture.

Stressed

The freezer door seal was ordered and replaced however the technician was rude, outspoken and insulting both times he was here. He was impatient and didn't explain clearly initially so if I asked a question he would only repeat the same answer in an intimidating manner. I would explain why I asked and he would say "I already answered that!" not understanding that I was just explaining why I had the question since he was so annoyed answering it, like an impatient instructor not a man performing a service in my home! I told him I have health reasons and don't need stress from freezer repairman in my house and he finally became polite and left peacefully but I do not want him here again. I have tried to send this a few times briefer and the Blue Line will not go to the right as if it's too short a review or my Wi-Fi is not working well so if you get it more than once I'm sorry. Thank you. I'm glad to have said this because he left me with a bad memory on and off the rest of the day so now I can forget it. I had told him last time that I have enough stress and I don't need him adding more in my house to fix my freezer because his attitude was making my heart race and he said "oh now I have to hear about the stress in your life" but he was causing more and that's why I brought it up. I am fighting tears right now he upset me so badly. I literally had to close my eyes to speak to him last time because I couldn't stand how he was harassing me. It's a shame because he seemed to perform the job well but I do notice like he said the freezer door seal is not grabbing very tightly even the next morning so we will give it more time.

Air condition mishap

Sears came out to repair my drip line on my air conditioning unit. When the repair person came I was told to turn off the air conditioning unit so they could do the work. It was working and the house was cool . I turned it off. They did unplug the line. When they left I turn the air conditioner back on it did not work. Now I'm sitting here in a 87° house and can't get anybody to come out until after the weekend.

Very disappointed with the service, never ever have I had an experience like this before. Told he would come back into the house to let me know and didn't and tried to call all I got was message machine or AI what ever they call it now days. I am a senior citizen now I could not ever do this to someone my age or older. Probably will not renew contract. I used to love sears.
