Amana washer
Didn't plug my washer back into the outlet and put the machine back in place . This 79 year old woman had to maneuver it out more and get a step ladder to plug it back into the proper place. Then I had to walk it back and forth to get it into place. Repair work was fine but disappointed about the rest. First appointment, Glenn was great, but maybe I just expected too much this time !

I waited 48 hours there is no cooling in my refrigerator. They told me via phone at Sears home services that my work order is closed nothing they can do about it. American home shield said well call them and let them know it needs to be fixed. Sears said if they fix it they will have to charge me.

I am enrolled in a terrible home warranty plan called Select Home Warranty and I had a problem with a filter in my Amana fridge so they referred me to Sears for a service call. They gave me a time of arrival between 8 AM and 5 PM and I had to wait all day for the repairman to arrive and he came about 5 PM. I think that is terrible to require a customer to spend an entire day waiting for a 10 minute service call.

Technician did not wear gloves or wash hands before going inside my refrigerator/freezer. He actually left dirt smudges in and outside my freezer.

Came out for warranty service and provided an incorrect update with no path to resolution. We need this fixed. We will now have to go elsewhere since this was a waste of time and nobody responded.

Why would you do that?
He forged my name on a document and then emailed me a copy. I never was given the opportunity to read or review a document that required my signature. So sad that he did this. I would have given him a higher rating but after reviewing the documents and noticing what he did. I was shocked.
