Service window very inaccurate.
Horace was very nice and pleasant to interact with. My frustration was with the Sears system and confirming the appointment. The, what I assume, autobot asked for me to confirm the appointment the day before which I did. It stated the service window would be from 8am - Noon. I made sure to adjust my schedule to be available, however, the window of 8am - Noon came and went. Horace didn't make it to our place until after 4pm. I didn't receive any notifications regarding delays. And there wasn't even a number to call to ask and confirm if the appointment had been canceled or not. Sears needs to fine tune their "day of" communications.

Shaquon completed the task. I am very grateful for the new part. I wish he would have cleaned up after himself. He put the old part in the box that housed the new part and left it in my kitchen. He asked for 2 towels, used them, and left one in the kitchen sink and one on the floor. He left trash on the floor.

The technician was on time, very polite gentleman, this was the second appointment ( this time to install new needed parts).He recommended to start the Refrigerator and left, however about 30 mins after he left, the refrigerator and freezer was extremely hot, so we need another appointment, please take care of this. We will appreciate your help.Thanks

He could have checked thr burners better. The guy living in apartment says burners got hot than cool off. He only ran burners for short time

Appreciate him helping us,. Washer is not working he left is washing but never let it complete a full wash. Tried to call him five minutes later and missed him.. Now I've been on hold 45 min. The three star is for having to be on hold.

He found an obvious problem, dirty condenser he cleaned it and said that should take care of the problem, it did not. I checked it in the AM ,it was sitting on 47degrees same as it was before service. Now I have to wait 4 days for another service call. Not happy

The tech was fine. I'm just frustrated that my washer keeps leaking and no one can find the leak. Then was to explain to me how to wash clothes. My loads are medium to small

Our technician was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem fast, ordered the part that we needed and was very professional. The Sears scheduling system is very poor though. The second appointment to actually install the fridge part, no one showed up for. I had to call my home warranty in order for them to patch me through to actually talk to someone from Sears. You can't talk to a real person at all on their appointment scheduling number! According to them they had a technical error and that is why no one showed up. We had to reschedule for the following week but then they pushed our appointment back even further. We ended up going over 2 weeks without a fridge due to their scheduling system. They need to fix that!
