He did a good job as far as I know. He was prompt and fast in getting my frig fixed. My only problem is the fact that I was charged for everything and it was taken out of my credit card before I received the services and the parts.

Joseph was professional and knowledgeable. He had out AC running in 15 min after arriving. The issue was getting him here. He was originally scheduled for 9:10 on Thursday 8-24. He never arrived until Saturday, there was no communication indicating a delay, no update on web site and calling the phone # I got a robot that was less than unhelpful. I find poor communication disturbing as a customer!
