Verify that parts available BEFORE making an appointment
The best repair professional can't help if there are no longer parts available for your appliance. The appointment process does not ask about the age of the appliance, but it can matter. Possibly save the trip charge towards a new purchase..

The scheduling and rescheduling process was terrible! After rescheduling due to being out of town you still sent a tech to install the new parts on the wrong date. No problem with the service personnel, but your other representatives need to be retrained in basic customer service.

It was a good experience, I would recommend Ibrahim to anyone. I was surprised by the labor cost for replacing a valve on the refrigerator. We are considering the possibility of purchasing a new appliance rather than repairing on present 19 year old refrigerator.

Richard was very nice and finished the appointment in a decent time. I do have a comment about scheduling appointments. I feel it is very unfair to have an 8 am to 5 pm appointment. IT SHOULD BE AT LEAST A 3 hour maximum. It is very unfair to the homeowner to have the entire day to wait to hear when the technician will be at the home. Please consider going back to the old days and make it easy to plan our day around our appointed time. I have had to cancel other appointments because it was an all day time to wait.
