Wayne arrived right on time and completed the repair with aplomb. The reason for just four stars is because of the dispatch function - or rather the lack thereof. After three no-shows to complete the repair, and intervention of First American Home Warranty, It appears my prior review got AE/Sears attention. They made sure not to lose my case through a crack in the floor boards. Went about a month without a washing machine, but alzwel that ends well.
