Robert was very nice and tried hard to solve the issue, but the part needed is no longer available! Seemed unfortunate to wait a day and a half for "service " unable to be fixed and still pay full trip charge. Not Robert's fault!

He immediately found and fixed the problem. My only complaint is that he was 1 1/2 hours later than the time he was supposed to be there which was inconvenient for me.

Nicholas was very helpful, even though he didn't arrive in the window 8am to 12pm. He finally arrived around 1:45pm. You should consider pro rating the service if he didn't use any tools and was only here a total of 15 minutes. I surely wouldn't have been happy if payment would have had to be given. Otherwise he let me know everything I did resolved the issue.
