Drew called to let me know about what time to expect him. He arrived on time ask for description of problem. Appeared to know right off what the problem was and went to work. kept me pretty much informed. Was knowledgeable worked to fix problem as fast as he could, completed task and cleaned up. Roy came to my house and I explained what my washer was doing. I told him everyone that I've mentioned the issue to said it's off balance. The customer service rep asked me if I was loading the washer too much. Long story short, Roy opened the washer and pushed down and told me that it was the suspension that was causing the problem. He got the part and replaced it in less than an hour. He even tested to make sure that washer was working properly and it was. Thank you Roy
