Service technician David is excellent proficient courtesy and professional however the most disappointing part is contacting sears home services. Called 5 times to confirm parts arrived took 10 days to finally get appt. Serious flaw is communicating with them No one answers the phone. Wouldn't recommend if you decideto use them beware and have lots of patience.
