I am so grateful for the service that I received on my A/C unit today! James called me to let me know that he was on the way. He was very efficient at diagnosing and repairing. He was able to fix my A/C today, and checked out the inside unit. I am very happy to have my A/C back!

I have no issues with your technicians. They are doing the best they can. BUT: Sears/A&E has been a disaster to deal with. Here's my list: 1. All-day time slots - can't be sure of when your tech will show up 2. Long scheduling times - there doesn't seem to be anything like prompt service 3. There is NO WAY TO GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE 4. There is NO WAY TO GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE 5. There is NO WAY TO GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE To elaborate: Existing open cases disappear from the website When you call and are asked (by a ROBOT) if parts have arrived, THERE IS NO WAY TO SAY, FOR EXAMPLE, THAT ONLY 1 OF 2 PARTS HAVE ARRIVED, OR TO DISCUSS WITH A HUMAN JUST WHAT PARTS WERE ORDERED And again: Just try to talk with anyone at Sears/A&E on the phone, and you get nowhere. If I could give Sears/A&E NEGATIVE STARS, I would. To repeat: This is NOT a reflection on your technicians. They are doing their best with what they have.

He came in the first day, determined the issue. Had to order the part. I received the part the next day. He came on the next Wednesday installed the part. He was gone within 20 minutes. Great service!
