Ok. Andrew was on time and was ready to go to work, except for one thing. His company does not service my appliance BRAND. When I set up the appointment, after talking to your rep, I was sent a message wanting the brand, SN, and the MDL #. I filled out the form online and pushed the send button. Then the message "sent" showed up on the screen then "delivered" showed up. What happened??? Roger

Mr. Ray Johnson was very courteous, knowledgeable about the problem of the washer and knew immediately what was wrong. If I ever have to have a technician come out; I sure would want him back. He ran my washer to make sure it was working properly again.

Clay was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I have an appt for my washer to be repaired on 9/27/2023. I strongly urge you to send Chad for the service. His employee number is 7864. He know exactly what is needed for the repair. In fact, he may be the person that will be the reason that I renew my service agreement, which at this time is questionable.
