He was great. He did maintenance .I had 3 additional repairs he had to return . I asked him if he could stay and finish the rest orf repairs but he couldn't see his trip sheet. He returned hours later and quickly did remaining repairs but I wished he could have completed them while he was here. That would have been a lot more efficient. Something's very wrong with software. I suggest that once an order is placed.,the address should be entered and all repairs are listed at once. That way repairmen can do it all at once instead of driving back and forth...

Johnny came out and diagnosed my washer's problem and ordered the parts. He came back and repaired it once the parts came. He is a very friendly guy and it didn't take him very long to diagnose the problem or fix it. He repaired another appliance in my home previously and the service was the same. Highly recommend him!
