I was kept informed of every step. Michael was very knowledgeable, efficient and considerate of my property He want above and beyond to get my frige repaired. He was very easy to work with. My only complaint about your process is that there are too many text messages!

It took about 5 or 6 visits to get dryer fixed and to be told washing machine could not be fixed. Information was not always relayed back to AHS in a timely fashion causing unnecessary stress.
