Protection Co is bad
My Repair Man is the only live person I have been able to talk to through this whole process. Joey (the repair man) called me to explain why he would not be available to come work on my washer and that the the Plan company will be calling me with in 48 hours. That was on Wednesday around 11.30 am. It is now Friday around 10.15 am I have not received a call from the Plan company. I have been with out my washer since September 23. I can not get through the automated phone system to a live person. I am so disappointed ☹️
