After waiting all day for an estimated arrival (8-5) of 3:00, Kent finally arrived at 6:30 pm. My husband and I had to cancel our evening plans because there was no way to reschedule. After initially not getting the part for two weeks, the reordered part came in one day and I didn't want to change the appointed day. At least our technician was kind and efficient. Otherwise, the service stunk.
