Marco was very professional and understanding. Marco was very patient with me in explaining how things work with my hvac system and explaining his findings and discussing options to solve my problem. If I ever need services again for my hvac system I hope I can request Marco's services as he was an exceptional professional. Sears is very fortunate to have someone like Marco on their team. This was originally scheduled for Oct 15th, received a message to reschedule, so I rescheduled for the 16th, no one ever came or called or gave a reason as to why they never came or called to reschedule! I contacted AHS and I assume they finally got it rescheduled! That's not good customer service!!
