the tech that came out both time was great! my issues were with the scheduling side. the process outside of the tech himself was the worst customer service ive ever had. the scheduling the call/chat center was horrible. the communication was horrible with everything orther than the actual tech himself.

Fidel is excellent pr for his company! Very considerate, apologized for being a few minutes off schedule (not worth mentioning, given the four-hour window Sears provided), asked good questions & listened to answers, explained the problem clearly & concisely with photos. Also explained why he could not completely fix the problem, what he could in fact do, & provided an estimate for the very expensive repair that might be needed if i wasn't satisfied with what he was able to do for the pretty old freezer. thank you so much for sending him.
