Very pleased with tech Gary. We had ordered a part that was NOT needed and he told us that there was something else wrong with the dryer. It had no electrical power to the dryer so now we have to have an electrician.come out and check it Just wish the tech who was here on 2-26-26.would have found this problem and it would have saved us a week without a dryer. Not pleases at all with Sears Repair service who we have used for several years and will not call them again to service any of our appliances.

Adam was here and determined it needed a thermostat . It was ordered. The wrong part was sent. Adam cleaned machine from lint and it appeared to work. Ran one load and it was not working. Called Ai girl to set up new appointment . 3/3/2026 NO ONE SHOWED . Called again and set up new appointment for 3/9/2026 and requested Adam order part before he gets here. Called again to verify appt. and they did not have it . Set up new appointment , did not receive conformation.
