Mr. James was a very pleasant person but his hands are tied when he has to get an okay from the company to do anything to help the situation. I am not pleased with how long it took for someone to come and assess the situation. Three weeks, two rescheduled and still nothing has been done.

He did nothing. No repair. No parts ordered. Not satisfied with process. Another technician now has to come out.
