Walter was excellent and professional and got the work done. He was swift and Knowledgeable which made the time go fast. He was in and out in matter of 30 min. I even asked him a question at the end after he packed his bag up because I forgot to add it in when setting up service ticket. He put his bag back down and was able to look and fix the problem in a matter of 5 min. Thanks Walter definitely would recommend you and sears to everyone
