Thorough and explains things well

Dino was very professional and courteous. If fact, I also had a part that was ordered for my microwave and he took the time complete appliance. It was scheduled to be completed until tomorrow between 8am and 5pm. I really appreciated the effort!

Service from Hung was great. The virtual assistant not so much. It asked for a description of the problem multiple times and also asked for appointment confirmation multiple times. My appointment time was from 12-5pm. The estimated time of arrival was close to 8 pm. The virtual assistant said I had to wait and could not reschedule. When no one showed up at 8 pm, the virtual assistant rescheduled to the next day between 8-12pm. No such rescheduling happened and I was sent a link to reschedule myself. The next appointment, 5 days later, went fine. Other companies have a tracking feature that shows you when the service technician will arrive and an approximate location. With Sears, tracking showed him a state over at Reno, Nevada. Would be a good idea to have a human option for customer service which would not have made me wait for a service that was never going to happen, so late in the evening. Had to cancel my plans for a no-show. All in all service was good but logistics handling was very inefficient and disruptive to my plans.
