At the last appointment on 1-19-2026 the service person said the machine was not working and needed a part. The part did not arrive. So I had to make a second appointment. To get it diagnosed.. Also chatting with the Bot was a waste of time.

Patrick was great. I have a less than common stove, but he was able to come, work with the product support folks, find the issue, and get a part ordered. He clearly laid out the next steps for getting to a resolution and made sure I had no concerns along the way. Very friendly and professional.

Service was friendly. Don't understand why he was locked out so that furnace had to be turned off for 12 hours in order to turn back on after 12 hours. Neither did he. If it still doesn't work correctly. I then have to call my home warranty contract and set up another service call. It's certainly not Sear's service fault.
