Dishwasher
The kid that came out was great, but our dishwasher still is not fixed and it has not been working since December 4 when I first requested a technician and we've been going back-and-forth with this for three months now apparently it's not repairable and American home. Shield is waiting to hear from you guys saying that so I can get a new dishwasher.

Nigel explained problem. I would like to know if Sears Appliance repair can come back to fix the problem since Choice warranty is denying my claim. I do believe the dryer is fixable. Your tech was excellent in finding the problem, and I believe he could fix it.
