Bernie called with ETA; arrived on time. He was efficient and effectively took out both non-working boards. Installed 2 new boards and ran a test wash to be certain all new equipment was working well. He did a very good job!

Service fridge not cooling.

Technician came, I told him the problem of fridge not cooling as of February 3. My fridge was disconnected so a new fridge could replace this one on February 10, 2026. Put in garage on February 10, 2026, cleaned up, plugged back in at 7:30 AM this morning. Use as a backup or for drinks out there. Eric, technician, called support, couldn't verify problem of why not cooling. No part ordered. We'll see if it works!

James has tried to repair my refrigerator since August 2025. He is the ultimate repairman that one would welcome in their home to repair their appliance. It is now February 12, 2026 and it is still not fixed. The company has shipped damaged parts many times. AI has cancelled 6 appointments that were scheduled for repair. This is why I am still waiting to get my refrigerator repaired.

THE END RESULT WAS FINE, but the cost of the part was double the price that I could have bought myself online from Sears parts. When I called to complain and find out out why I was continually being re directed and never spoke to a human Also I was sent 2 auger cables when I only needed one. Overall very disappointed with your communication and over charging for parts , because of this experience I will not use Sears services in the future.

Alberto was very accommodating when scheduling arrival time. I had an unexpected event come up and he was able to come after 1::00. Also, explained repair and made notes in case the problem came up again. Very professional.
