Issac was courteous, introduced himself. And then asked what was going on with the microwave. I explained it all. He double checked with a glass of water and it didn't heat up. He knew what was wrong. He explained what needed to be changed, ordered the part. Which I received yesterday Thursday. And Issac return today and installed it. Thank you Issac for your help and getting the job done quickly.
