This was an extended warranty repair. Partly because of the storm it took 4 weeks to get it completed. However, when Al got here he got it done quickly. We are so glad to have our washer back!!!!!! Thank you

For my dryer repair service, I found the experience with Sear Repair very frustrating. The two service technicians were great - knowledgeable and competent. However, the company business model of scheduling service is not great - you must be available from 7am - 6 pm! For one appointment, I received a text message at 5:55pm letting me know that "due to scheduling issues" the technician wasn't going to make it (no surprise at that point). Most service repair and delivery companies I have used in the past specify morning or afternoon, at least. Why can't Sears do this?
