We were very gratful for Carl B as our service tech. This is the 4th time that Sears has had to come out since Jan 2nd because they corrected our first original problem, but in doing so messed up the rollers on our freezer door that had to be replaced. Then, no one seemed to know how to install the new rollers correctly. Thanksfully & hopefully Carl B was able to correct that problem. He did a good job, working so far. We appreciate his service. Thanks -
