Mark was very nice, friendly & helpful. Would highly recommend him. Only thing bothering me from Sears Home Services is filter for fridge I purchased in 2021 has been discontinued, and company will have to find replacement. I also need replacement for butter shelf lid and another shelf that doesn't lock and opens on its own. Company has no replacements and will have to look elsewhere to maybe find them. I have full service warranty and don't understand why I have to pay so much for warranty, and company can't fulfill services. ????
