Amazing service person!
John was a remarkable young man! He came for the first appointment, diagnosed the issues and ordered the parts. He returned the following week and installed the replacement parts. Then a full test of the dryer to make sure everything was perfect! John was very polite and always professional as well as extremely smart! I hope the company knows how lucky they are to have someone like John as a representative!
