Rendel should be considered a very valued employee. He is very knowledgeable. I had already figured out one problem with my dishwasher and estimated how much it was going to cost. I was not anticipating something else being broken, but I appreciate him walking through the process of what was happening and how much it would cost me. He quickly did his job in a kind and courteous way.

Technician was curtious and well versed in in his job. He worked quickly and repaired it efficiently. However having to deal with AI in paying the Bill was a pain. It took 3 times to pay it, AI hung up and called back when I wasnt quick enough with the charge card after the second time. I would prefer tp deal with a real person.
