Dryer Repair
Shaun was excellent. He checked my dryer and found many problems. He explained each one thoroughly and I realized I'd be better off to purchase a new dryer. He was honest and didnt "push" getting my dryer repaired. For what it would have cost, the better option is to purchase a new dryer. I appreciated his honesty and the information he shared about buying a new dryer.

Arben was very knowledgeable, explained everything to us. He identified the issue , ordered the parts required then returned and installed them. Refrigerator now working again! No fault to Arben but 2 other appointments had been scheduled with another technician and had been cancelled by technician without a reason why. We were very frustrated with this process until Arben responded on the third appointment that was scheduled.

Gabriel called when he was about half an hour away and arrived in that time. He explained what he would be doing and began the repair. The dryer is working great again and we are happy with that experience.

Hi, microwave is running fine now. After 30 days, it is now back. Thanks. I found the top front cover was lose , it's above the door. Sears took 30 days to fix this, I understand the availability of a parts and other issues but I was expecting that it should've been fixed earlier.
