Enrique the technician was very helpful and got my fridge fixed. However, I did have a really bad experience, trying to get a hold of a live person when calling Sears to let them know I had received all my parts to my refrigerator. It was very frustrating Talking to an AI. That was no help.. I had my parts for three weeks Just sitting in my house and I wasn't able to get through an AI to get a technician here at my house to fix my fridge. And then I would still get texting from sears saying that one of my parts was in back Order, and that was a lie cause it was in my house. So, basically, I had to wait for my scheduled appointment.

We have had to have several repairs on the washer and dryer and I will never buy GE junk again, thank goodness Paul knew how to fix these. Always very pleasant and really knows how to fix these awful machines.
